Mind the Gap
Okay. So, my tooth has been taken from me and I’ve been relegated to eating soft foods until my gap heals.
My top picks for soft foods, all of which I’ve indulged in since last Friday:
tofu curry
ultra-soft oatmeal-raisin cookies from Stop & Shop (they literally melt in my mouth)
Jell-o brand devil’s food pudding
homemade, uber-moist, corn bread
mashed turnips
mashed butternut squash
I’m starting to think there could be a market for this. “Eat soft. It’s better for your teeth.”
I do miss tortilla chips, though.
