Honey, Honey
For some reason, in my decades upon this earth, I never learned until last week that honey is magical.
It never spoils.
I happened to be flipping channels and stumbled upon a show on colony collapse disorder. Aside from flinging me into another panic over impending world doom (by noting the fact that, if bees continue to disappear at the current rate, they will be gone by 2035), they did note that the viscous bee elixir has certain anti-bacterial properties that keep it from ever spoiling.
Pretty cool.
Pretty scary we might lose that.
