So, when I began my semi-vegetarian odyssey at year’s beginning I lamented the loss of BBQ.  No longer.  I’ve found an excellent vegetarian alternative to…get this…ribs!

Garden Burger’s meatless riblets not only taste like ribs and look like ribs, but they even mimic the very texture of short rib meat.  This is truly the soy bean elevated to the sublime.   And it’s all boneless, quick to fix (microwave in minutes) and easy to eat.

Now I’m going to have to go buy another freezer so I can fill it with these tasty tidbits.
