I think my five food items that I would take would be: 1) Brown rice 2) Tomatoes 3) Apples 4) Beef (various cuts-o-cow) 5) Spinach 

I left fish out assuming that I'd be able to catch it myself, and wouldn't have to bring it with me.</description>
